Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning and Maintenance Services

The County of San Mateo is soliciting proposals for Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning and Maintenance Services to support the San Mateo Medical Center (SMMC), which includes an acute-care hospital, long-term care facilities in San Mateo and Burlingame, and various outpatient clinics. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide exhaust and duct degreasing to remove flammable grease, commercial kitchen filter sales and cleaning, fan belt maintenance, and 24/7/365 emergency support for urgent cleaning needs. Furthermore, the County retains ownership of all intellectual property created as work-made-for-hire. Security protocols include strict adherence to the Vendor/Contractor Access Policy and potential fingerprinting for employees with contact with children.
