Kodak Alaris High Volume Scanner Hardware Maintenance Support Services For the Service Center Operations Directorate (SCOPS), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), Office of Intake & Document Production (OIDP), and Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO)

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, under the Department of Homeland Security, requires hardware maintenance services for 134 Kodak i5250 High Volume Scanning units. This support will benefit the Service Center Operations Directorate, Administrative Appeals Office, Immigrant Investor Program Office, and the Office of Intake and Document Production across seven different locations. The scope of work includes on-site hardware support, preventive maintenance, management support, and the provision of consumable kits to ensure the continued electronic processing of cases. This HUBZone set-aside forecast is estimated to be valued between 2 million and 5 million dollars and will be procured through the NASA SEWP VI strategic sourcing vehicle. The updated period of performance is expected to run from January 4, 2027, through January 3, 2030. Performance will take place across multiple cities, primarily within Texas.
