Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government intends to make an all or none award on the kosher meals (LINE ITEMS 1-14), but reserves the right to make multiple awards on the remaining items. The government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or about FEBRUARY 23, 2016, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov.
