The contract modification involves The Systems Group, LLC (TSG) providing specialized services to support the Air Force International Support Program for the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, CENTCOM Division (SAF/IARC), specifically aiding the Republic of Iraq Air Force. TSG will maintain and update planning documentation detailing operational requirements, equipment descriptions, pricing estimates, and key milestones related to Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) actions. This work is essential for guiding improvements to the Iraqi Air Force's operational capabilities and for executing and analyzing program recommendations aimed at enhancing the Iraqi inventory. In addition to documentation, TSG is responsible for conducting research, tracking program status, preparing analyses and reports, and advising on major aspects of Iraq’s international support programs from initiation to completion. The contractor will assist U.S. Air Force Security Assistance organizations in managing these programs and help in the development and coordination of security assistance efforts within Iraq. The personnel providing these services will be primarily based in Washington, D.C. This modification extends an existing contract under a sole-source justification, as awarding the work to any other contractor would lead to unacceptable delays. The notice clarifies that this is not a solicitation for proposals, and there is no commitment from the government regarding acquisition strategy.
