The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), San Juan Laboratory (SJNLMP) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to conduct market research and identify potential sources capable of providing Industrial Grade Liquid Nitrogen supply services and Bulk Storage Tank rental. This notice is for informational and planning purposes ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or an obligation to award a contract.


  • This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.
  • This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.
  • The FDA is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
