Performs neutral third-party arbitration and grievance review for prime contractors on Office of Employee Relations projects. Reviews grievances related to time and attendance disciplinary matters and conducts formal arbitration hearings applying rules in Article 33 of the negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreements between the State and CSEA.
