Full Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Engineering Services Division is conducting Market Research to identify qualified, commercially available sources for fuel testing services for USCG vessels and other vessels specifically identified by the Coast Guard. USCG is seeking qualified contractors that can also provide and ship fuel sample kits worldwide, shipping fuel samples domestically and/or internationally to the Contractor’s fuel laboratory, conducting the required fuel sample analysis, assuring quality of fuel analysis results, retention and disposal of fuel samples, and reporting fuel analysis results to the USCG as applicable.

This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a Request For Proposal and is not to be construed as a request for an offer.
