Labour and Equipment for Regional Work - Continuous Onboarding

The Government of Saskatchewan is inviting qualified contractors to apply for ongoing participation in providing labor and equipment for localized highway maintenance across the province through a continuous solicitation process. This initiative, managed by the Highways and Infrastructure division, aims to establish a prequalified roster of local contractors capable of delivering timely and efficient maintenance services within specific geographic areas, with individual task values generally not exceeding $200,000. The solicitation remains open for responses from June 2, 2026, through December 17, 2030, ensuring a steady pipeline of capable suppliers to meet fluctuating maintenance needs on the provincial highway network. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to mobilize equipment and personnel to perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks within designated regions, and all applications must align with the requirements outlined in Appendix A of the Request for Supplier Qualifications.
