This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to submit Responses for the provision of labour and equipment for localized highway maintenance activities throughout the Province of Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A). The purpose of this RFSQ is to establish a list of prequalified Contractors located across Saskatchewan to provide labour and equipment for localized highway maintenance activities on the provincial highway network. The value of the work will typically not exceed $200,000 and will be limited to a geographic area.
