The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 354th Fighter Wing at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice to identify qualified contractors for on-call, critical emergency and scheduled maintenance and repair services for the Central Heat and Power Plant. The scope of work involves six coal-fired high-pressure power boilers, consisting of four Springfield Boiler Co. Model 1951 and two Indeck Keystone Energy Model 2013 units.
