Vendors must demonstrate business engagement in similar services, an established satisfactory performance record, sufficient financial and operational capacity, and must not misstate or conceal material facts. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to enter into a contract with a qualified Contractor(s) to proved Landfill Disposal Services to be utilized by various departments throughout Pinal County. The location of landfill sites should be in and around Pinal County. However, sites located in neighboring Counties will also be considered. Pinal County reserves the right to add additional Contractors, at the sole discretion of Pinal County, if the awarded Contractor(s) are of an insufficient number to satisfy Pinal County’s requirements.
