The City of Peoria intends to establish a contract for Landscape Enhancement Services at various neighborhood parks (NP), community parks, storm water retention basins (BN), Sports Complex, and Right of Way (ROW) Trail locations throughout the City limits. Contractor shall provide quality landscape enhancement recommendations, detailed architectural drawings, and estimated budgets on all awarded projects. The Contractor shall provide services according to the highest quality landscape industry accepted standards, employing up-to-date methods, procedures and controls for environmentally friendly landscape enhancements. This shall include the use of proper knowledge, skills, materials and equipment to maintain all areas in a clean, safe, healthy and aesthetically acceptable manner during the entire term of this contract. The City of Peoria reserves the right to award any geographic or task based portion of this contract to the contractor or multiple contractors that best suits the needs and expectations of our citizens.
