Landscaping Maintenance Services at Waterloo Region Maple Grove Campus

The Region of Waterloo is soliciting tenders for comprehensive landscaping maintenance services at the Maple Grove Campus in Cambridge, Ontario. The scope of work covers multiple facilities, including the Police Headquarters, Operations Centre, Laboratory, South Paramedic Services, and several other specialized sites. Key deliverables include grass cutting for the entire campus, seasonal spring and fall cleanups, and the continuous removal of litter and organic debris from walkways, parking lots, and playground areas. The initial contract term is for a seven-month period from April 15, 2027, to November 15, 2027, with an option to renew for four additional seven-month periods, potentially extending the agreement to November 15, 2031.
