The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Latrine Plumbing Repairs located at Meadowview Armory, 3250 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, labor and equipment to make the necessary repairs to the Handicap latrine at the Meadowview Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 37112 - DO NOT OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 11/12/2025, at 11:00 AM at Meadowview Armory, 3250 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Prospective bidders shall not proceed directly to the job site unless directed to do so in writing by the Contracting Officer.
