Laurentian Ranger Station Janitorial Services

The USDA Forest Service’s Superior National Forest is seeking a qualified small business vendor to provide janitorial services for the Laurentian Ranger Station located at 318 Forestry Road in Aurora, Minnesota. This solicitation, identified as 12444626Q0051, is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561720 and will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process, where technical acceptability and past performance serve as mandatory pass/fail gates before price becomes the deciding factor. The base contract period runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031. The scope requires biweekly cleaning of five buildings—including the main administrative office, bunkhouse, two warehouses, and the Fire/LEO office—with work scheduled between 6:00 PM Friday and 6:00 AM Monday.
