Ft. (ABOA): 43,955 by 1/15/2018 then reduced to 25,700 by 8/01/2018 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 46,152 by 1/15/2018 then reduced to 26,985 by 8/01/2018 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Structured): 47 by 1/15/2018 then reduced to 32 by 8/01/2018 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
