The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Europe is seeking to lease commercial telephone lines with usage and caller ID services for Camp Lemonier in Djibouti for the period from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015. This requirement pertains to Option Year 1 under contract HC1021-13-P-0009, which initially included a base year and four option periods.
