NA X - FOR INFORMATION ONLY - A synopsis is being issued due to mandatory statute, 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) for the negotiation of a lease of approximately 75,000 rentable square feet for the United States Army Medical Information Systems and Service Agency (USA MISSA). However the US Army Corps of Engineers has received a directive from the Secretary of the Army for the relocation USAMISSA to Building 2372, North Beach Pavilion on Fort Sam Houston, the only property that is suitable, which is leased by the Fort Sam Houston Redevelopment Partners, Ltd. There are no other privatization firms on Fort Sam Houston. The negotiation of this lease is currently in progress; therefore, no solicitation package will be issued and brokerage service is not required for this procurement.
