Minimum ABOA SF: 6,300 Maximum ABOA SF: 6,600 Space Type: OFFICE/FLEX/RETAIL Note: The Government has determined that certain existing space conditions are acceptable; for example ceiling, carpet, flooring, and partitions. Please review Exhibit K Acceptable Existing Space Conditions for further detail.
