It is preferred that the space be located on a single floor, however it can be on more than one floor provided at least 85% of the space is on one floor and the space must be contiguous. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Cross Westchester Expressway to Westchester Ave; East: Westchester Ave to Bloomingdale Ave, Bloomingdale Ave to Bryant Ave; South: Bryant Ave to Sterling Ave, Sterling Ave to West Post Rd, West Post Rd to Bronx River Parkway; West: Bronx River Parkway to Cross Westchester Expressway The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 18, 2010. The Government will require two (2) reserved parking spaces.
