LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors who can provide a commercially useful function for the construction of a small building that will be used by Student Affairs to host band practice at Binghamton University. The project request was for a building that is "a little bit nicer than a garage". The project includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Site work required to provide utilities to and from the building. 2. Concrete sidewalks to provide pedestrian access and accessible route to the building. 3. New building with utility closet. 4. Mechanical work for heat and cooling. 5. Electrical work to power and light the building 6. Plumbing work to provide minimal water and sanitary. 7. Fire alarm work to meet code requirements.
