Amendment 3 (5/16/25) - Based on industry feedback, the government has extended the closing date by two days, from 5/20/25 at 4:00 p.m. ET to 5/22/25 at 4:00 p.m. ET. The government anticipates posting responses to industry questions no later than 5/19/25.

Amendment 2 (5/13/25) - The Combined Synopsis and Solicitation attachment has been revised to clarify the evaluation methodology. Changes are in red font on pages 21 and 22.
