Legislative Advocacy / Lobbying Consulting Services

The County is seeking to obtain the services of a qualified consultant to provide legislative advocacy services before the Virginia General Assembly, the executive branch of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and other relevant state-level entities. Services must include advancing Arlington County’s legislative priorities, supporting the County’s annual legislative package, monitoring legislative and budget activity, and working to prevent or mitigate legislation or policy actions that may be contrary to the interests of Arlington County.
