THE INTENT OF THIS REQUEST IS TO HAVE THE ENTIRE HAVC SYSTEM REDESIGNED AND REPLACED. WORK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING BUT NOT LIMITED TOO: PERFORM HEAT AND COOLING LOAD CALCULATIONS FOR ENTIRE BUILDING THAT WILL SATISFY 76 DEGREE FARENHEIT WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY BEING BETWEEN 50 TO 55 PERCENT DURING COOLING SEASON AND 68 DEGREES FARENHEIT WITH RH BEING 50 TO 55 PERCENT DURING HEATING SEASON. INSTALL A FOUR PIPE SYSTEM TO DELIVER HOT AND COLD WATER TO NEW AIR HANDLERS. CURRENT SYSTEM IS A TWO PIPE SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE DEHUMIDIFICATION WHICH MAKES THIS FACILITY PROBLEMATIC CONTROLLING MOLD GROWTH AND AN AVOIDANCE OF SICK BUILDING SYNDROME. REPLACE ALL THE EXISTING AHU'S TO ACCOMODATE NEW DESIGN. INSTALL NEW DDC SYSTEM WHICH INCLUDE REMOTE MONITORING CAPABILITIES BACK TO B-3909 ON NASP. REPLACE DUCTING AS NEEDED TO ACCOMODATE NEW LOAD DESIGNS. IN THE EVENT THAT DUCTING CAN BE REUSED CLEAN ENTIRE DUCTING SYSTEM. INCLUDE VARIABLE AIR VOLUME BOXES AT EACH SPACE AS REQUIRED FOR ADAQUATE AIR DISTRIBUTION THROUGHOUT ALL OFFICES, BATHROOMS, AND COMMONLY USED SPACES. INCORPORATE FRESH AIR MAKE UP AS NEEDED. DO NOT MAKE ANY PENETRATION IN ENVELOPE THAT IS VISIBLE FROM ANY PART OF THE EXTERIOR. UTLIZE DORMERS IF NECESSARY FOR FRESH AIR INTAKE TO BUILDING. TEST, BALANCE, AND COMMISION SYSTEM. PLAN FOR ASBESTOS TO BE IN THE CRAW SPACE OF BUILDING AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE REQUIRED.
