LifeSpan A-MDT Adult Services

This contract involves the establishment and operation of Adult Multi-Disciplinary Teams (A-MDTs) across all counties in New York State to address all forms of abuse and extreme self-neglect among vulnerable adults under the age of 60. The teams are designed to enhance cross-system collaboration and provide specialized responses to cases of financial, physical, psychological, sexual abuse, neglect, and self-neglect, which currently lack access to such targeted intervention outside of this pilot program.
