Full Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product/service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is 75N98026Q00470 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 October 1, 2025. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 541511 with a size standard $134. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part Subpart 13.5.
The purpose of this requirement is to maintain uninterrupted access to a mature, validated software platform that directly supports NCATS research objectives in translational science and preclinical therapeutic development. COMMITMENT OF PUBLIC FUNDS
