NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO LINKEDIN CORPORATION The Peace Corps is intending to award a firm fixed price (FFP) sole source contract to LinkedIn Corporation to provide full and open access to search and message a network of over 300 million students and professionals who are actively and passively job searching, with tools to effectively and efficiently identify and target the best candidates for current and future vacancies within the six month pilot for a fixed-price. Specifically, the anticipated contract will increase recruitment efforts at the Peace Corps leading to a higher number of qualified applicants for current and future vacancies. To do this we will utilize LinkedIn online recruitment talent acquisition tools to help attract qualified candidates for Peace Corps Volunteer and Peace Corps Response Volunteers. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 541613. The anticipated period of performance will be from date of award through 6 months. The contract will be awarded pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals.
