Little Rock AFB Mortuary Services

The 19th Contracting Squadron is soliciting quotes for a total small business set-aside Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide comprehensive mortuary services for authorized personnel at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The scope of work includes embalming, restoration, care, and disposition of remains, as well as the provision of licensed funeral service practitioners, facilities, motor vehicles, caskets, urns, and cremation services. A critical requirement is that the contractor's funeral home location must not exceed 50 miles from Little Rock AFB. The estimated total value of the agreement over the period of performance, which runs from October 28, 2026, to October 27, 2031, is 250,000 dollars, with an annual estimation of 50,000 dollars. Award will be based on a Best Value Performance Price Tradeoff Source Selection, where price and technical capability are considered equal in importance. Proposals must be submitted in two parts: a price proposal using the provided price list and a technical proposal including a capability statement and verification of location. Technical evaluations will be rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable based on the Performance Work Statement, and past performance will be assessed for the most beneficial rating. Payments will be processed electronically via the Wide Area WorkFlow system and Government commercial Purchase cards.
