ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids, in duplicate, for construction of the Flume Repairs 2026 in Jefferson County, Texas will be received by Lower Neches Valley Authority in their office at 7850 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, Texas 77708 until 2:00 pm local time on Monday, October 12, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Work generally consists of cleaning and recoating rust on steel stringers and piles, patching/repairing spalled concrete, epoxy grout injection of cracks, removing and replacing pipe exterior coating, and other miscellaneous repairs. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Lower Neches Valley Authority, 7850 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, Texas 77708.
