Request for Information (RFI) for Commercial Loan Servicing Software. This is a Request for Information (RFI) as well as a mechanism for obtaining feedback from industry in regard to the availability of commercial loan servicing software. THIS IS NOT A SYNOPSIS FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool to determine the potential sources of commercial loan servicing software prior to the issuance of a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this RFI. Interested sources should provide a capabilities statement not longer than 5 pages demonstrating the loan servicing capabilities of their respective software, including required hardware infrastructure requirements. Additionally, potential sources should submit: Point of contact (POC) information (name, phone number and email address), business size, and company profile. In addition, potential sources may include any pertinent information regarding current or prior contracts performed by the company, with regard to the company's loan servicing software. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) currently utilizes Nortridge Software Company's Nortridge Loan System (NLS) software, version 4.5.23, to service loans. HUD's Loan Accounting System (LAS) services over 3,500 active loans in the Section 201 Flexible Subsidy and Section 202 Elderly & Handicapped portfolios and over 8,000 active receivables in the Section 236 Excess Rental Income and Section 236 Miscellaneous portfolios. HUD utilizes the basic contact, loan, and task functionality in NLS, but does not use the ACH, credit bureau reporting, disbursement, collections or escrow functionality. Potential sources are requested to submit their capability package no later than 2:00 P.M. EST on February 13, 2018 to the point-of-contact for this procurement, Angela Fortson at angela.fortson@hud.gov.
