Loan Portfolio Management

The City of St. Petersburg manages a portfolio of over 1,000 affordable housing loans funded through federal and state programs including HUD’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Community Development Block Grant, and Florida’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership.
