NIST requires digital lock-in electronics capable of high-sensitivity phase-sensitive detection and real-time signal processing to support advanced applications including electro-optic sampling, carrier-envelope-offset detection, frequency-comb stabilization, and traceable waveform metrology. Respondents must submit information by August 6, 2026, in Microsoft Word or PDF format, limited to ten pages excluding the cover page and standard commercial pricing details.
