The County of Santa Clara ("County") is requesting quotations from suppliers to provide ten (10) Logic Vinyl Pull-Out Sleep Healthcare Recliner Chairs, Model# 222144 OR Approval Equal, as specified in this Request for Quotations (eRFQ).
Order will be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed. Bid Prices should NOT include sales tax and other governmental imposed fees as the County will calculate these at the time of the award.
This bid may result in a one-time purchase order. Reclining Chairs must be in stock and readily available for delivery upon receipt of purchase order.
