The Marin County Department of Public Works is proposing to perform pavement rehabilitation and build approximately 500 linear feet of new sidewalk along Lomita Drive, closing several gaps in the pedestrian network. As part of the Project, the County will remove vegetation, construct sidewalks, new curbs and gutters, pedestrian curb ramp access, driveway approaches, concrete driveway conforms, storm drain maintenance hole cover(s), drop inlet turning structures, storm drain infrastructure, and will complete grinding and paving, or microsurfacing, of the full 2,900 linear feet of pavement. The County will also adjust utilities and pavement markings as needed.
