Solicitation # 26-27-10
The City of Anaheim, specifically the Anaheim Public Utilities Department, is soliciting proposals for the salvage and recycling of decommissioned electrical equipment under solicitation number 26-27-10. The selected provider will be responsible for performing monthly or as-requested pickups from Anaheim facilities, ensuring all services are conducted in a professional manner and in strict compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. A review board will score proposals based on qualifications and approach, and may conduct interviews with top-ranked respondents before entering negotiations. To be eligible, respondents must demonstrate a proven track record with entities of comparable size, maintain an active Anaheim business license and California Secretary of State registration, and comply with California prevailing wage and workers' compensation laws. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the designated online portal by November 10, 2026, and must include a completed fee schedule and at least three customer references.
