The contract will be awarded as a single firm-fixed-price agreement to the responsible offeror providing the most advantageous price. All equipment must be 100 percent factory-new, meeting IEEE, UL, and CE standards, and must include a minimum 12-month warranty from commissioning or 18 months from delivery. Items must be crated per ASTM industrial standards, moisture-barrier wrapped, and marked with permanent OEM nameplates and DoD unique identification per MIL-STD-130. Delivery is required by February 26, 2027, to the Civil Works Service Base in Fountain City, Wisconsin, with shipping costs included in the CLIN pricing.
