SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
Luke AFB Postal Service Center (PSC) Support Services


1. INTRODUCTION
The 56th Contracting Squadron (56 CONS) at Luke AFB, AZ, is conducting market research to identify qualified, SBA-certified Small Business concerns to operate the Luke AFB Postal Service Center (personal mailroom operations). 


The Government is specifically seeking certified 8(a) Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB/EDWOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).


2. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS)
The "FY27 Performance Work Statement - Postal Services.pdf" is attached to this notice. Please review the attached PWS for detailed information regarding:
- Exact facility size and location.
- Detailed daily and monthly mail and package workload volumes.

3. CAPABILITY STATEMENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
