Moron Air Base Postal Services

The 496th Air Base Squadron at Moron Air Base, Spain, is seeking a Firm-Fixed Price contract for postal services from January 12, 2027, through January 11, 2032. This commercial service purchase, conducted under Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul part 12 procedures, consists of a base year and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for operating the Military Post Office, Postal Service Center, and Official Postal Center. Key operational duties include managing retail window services, processing air cargo mail, conducting transit runs between Moron Air Base, Seville International Airport, and Naval Station Rota, and maintaining financial accountability for USPS flexible credits.
