1.This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001Stream 4 – RHIB - Greater than 6 Meters – Glass Reinforced Plastic – Non SOLAS – Non Welding Certification Required 2.The Royal Canadian Mounted police (RCMP) has a requirement for (4) Glass Reinforced Plastic commercial over 6 meter vessels with engine(s) and (4) trailer, plus two (2) option patrol vessel and trailers, built in accordance with the Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR). 3.This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders. 4.The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 5.In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. 6.There is no security associated with this requirement.
