SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)


Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal (ACC-RIA) is seeking possible small business sources of supply for the acquisition of:


M82 Setback Pin: Shall be manufactured in accordance with (IAW) drawing 13-19-166, Revision F, dated 22 December 2015.


Drawing 13-19-166, Rev F, is restricted and will be available by requesting access via SAM.gov once the formal solicitation is posted. To gain access, the vendor's registered Data Custodian must request access directly through the SAM.gov posting. Please note that active registration with the Joint Certification Program (JCP) via DD Form 2345 is required to access this Technical Data Package (TDP).


This requirement is projected to be structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract featuring a Base Year plus an Option Year with range pricing. The Option Year will be evaluated at the time of award. The anticipated Base Year quantity is 46,000 each, with a projected Option Year quantity of less than 3,000 each. The Government may exercise this option in whole or in part. The unit price for the option period shall be determined by the specific quantity range ordered below:


- Range A: 1,000 to 2,999 Each


- Range B: 3,000 to 5,000 Each


- Range C: 5,001 to 10,000 Each


- Range D: 10,001-46,000 Each


  


First Article Testing (FAT) will be required.


Delivery location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
