It is the Government�s intent to award a modification to Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract W56HZV-22-C-0053 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. (BAE Systems) (CAGE 80212) for the acquisition of Systems Technical Services and Systems Sustainment Technical Services (STS/SSTS). This action will add 701,862 hours to the existing contract. This modification will allow for the continuation of critical STS and SSTS services to be provided for the vehicles managed by Project Manager Mounted Armored Vehicles (PM MAV). These services include engineering, logistics, and fielding support for the M88 Family of Vehicles (FOV). The proposed contract modification will include the following STS and SSTS engineering and logistic services, but is not limited to: Component Obsolescence and Replacement; Component and Product Improvements; Configuration Management and Technical Data Package (TDP) Maintenance; Engineering Support; Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs); Environmental Issue Resolution; Facility Vehicle Support; Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions to Resolution; Human Factors Engineering/Human Systems Integration; Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) Vehicle Enhancements; Problem Investigations; Program Engineering and Quality Management; Reliability and Maintainability Evaluations; Safety Engineering; Software Management and Maintenance; System Assessment and Testing; System Design Technical Support of OCO; Systems Engineering; Technical Reports; Trade-off Studies and Business Cases; Technical Manual Revision and Updates; Packaging and Packing Preservation; Modification Work Order (MWO) Development efforts; and Logistics Engineering. This requirement is sole source, to BAE, but may include subcontracting opportunities; please contact BAE.
