ACAN - ESC-2025-2026-076 Maintenance of access system: Sherbrooke Research and Development Centre Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is issuing this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN). Capability statements must be submitted to the following address: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca Scope of Work: Provide services to keep its access control system up to date and add a few improvements for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) at the Sherbrooke Research and Development Centre located in 2000 Rue College, Sherbrooke, Québec , J1M 0C. Statement of Capabilities Period Closing Date and Time: December 5th , 2025 at 02:00 pm (EST). Requests for information and questions related to this notice must be submitted in writing ONLY to the AAC contracting officer identified below. Bidders who direct their inquiries to anyone other than the AAC contracting officer during the solicitation period may, for this reason alone, have their bid rejected. Companies wishing to submit statements of capabilities for this project are REQUIRED to obtain the plans, specifications, and other solicitation documents through the AchatsCanada service provider.
