Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to CLAYTON ASSOCIATES, INC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harness, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK TO PERFORM THE Maintenance Services for seventy-two (72) Clayton Warthog Model WH-105-4 portable HEPA Vacuum Systems, forty-four (44) Clayton Warthog Model WH-105-0 portable HEPA Vacuum Systems, twenty (20) Clayton Hornet Model ACE-1000 ultra-portable HEPA Vacuum Systems, ten (10) Clayton DustMaster Model DM-300 HEPA Vacuum Systems, and four (4) Clayton DustMaster model DM-100 HEPA Vacuum Systems located on Tinker AFB, OK. The equipment details and locations are listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated for this service. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 28 June 2012 through 27 June 2013 The proposed first option POP is: 28 June 2013 through 27 June 2014 The proposed second option POP is: 28 June 2014 through 27 June 2015 The proposed third option POP is: 28 June 2015 through 27 June 2016 The fourth Option POP is : 28 June 2016 through 27 June 2017 The estimated award date is 25 June 2012.
