All items must be returned within three workdays of pick-up, transported in clean, closed vehicles with interior barriers to prevent cross-contamination, and packaged in accordance with Appendix C of the Performance Work Statement using commercial laundry film or hangers as specified. The award will be made using the most advantageous criteria, balancing price and performance. Contractors must comply with strict security protocols including vehicle searches by Security Forces, adherence to base traffic and access policies, and a prohibition on illicit substances on military property.
