THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS OR PROPOSALS.
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (GPAIHS), Aberdeen, South Dakota, hereby submits a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source, firm fixed-price, purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103-1(b), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This Sole Source Purchase Order will be awarded to Carda Brothers, LLC, UEI: QLS9UJ7KSNS5.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 812320 – Drycleaning And Laundry Services (Except Coin-Operated). The object of this sole source award is to provide Laundry and Linen Processing Services three (3) times per week on a recurring schedule.
