This requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN537-05IT01 who qualified under Tier 1 under the region NCR metropolitan area, for the following stream(s): Manages Services Environment Climate Change Canada requires the support of a qualified Contractor to provide Managed services to, and in support of, the Government of Canada’s High Resilience Environment (HRE), an Infrastructure as a Service computing environment. to ensure the ongoing stability, performance, and optimization of its information technology environment. This Statement of Work (SOW) falls under the SBIPS Domain: Managed Services. This domain includes end to end, ongoing operational support delivered through a defined service model. Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.
