Provide and deliver manhole riser rings of the sizes indicated in the bid form as further outlined in this document delivered to 130 Centerville Road, Lancaster PA 17603 for a period of three (3) years with two- One (1) year extensions if mutually agreeable. Contract Information: Questions concerning this document should be made through the PennBid request for information function. See Section 3.0 for information on Bid Interpretations. Bid Submittal: Sealed Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program by the Lancaster Area Sewer Authority, Lancaster PA until 11:00 am prevailing time, on July 11, 2024. The bids will then be posted to PennBid. All documents and details are available at no cost at www.PennBid.net Security: Each Bidder will provide a bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the submitted bid value. A copy of the Bond must be uploaded to the PennBid site with the bid. The Lowest Bidder shall deliver to the Authority within three (3) business days of bid opening the actual original bid bond.
