(Contractors who are currently a part of the On-Call Sanitary Sewer Construction Services prequalified list or who have submitted SOQ for the previous opening do not need to resubmit SOQs)
The City of Oakland (City) seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed contractors interested in providing on-call construction services for capital improvements to the City’s sanitary sewer infrastructure.
