Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME), an instrumentality of Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SoQ) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive design, planning, engineering, and consulting services for the Mansell Manor Multi-Family Apartments project, Phase 2 of HAME’s broader Mansell Manor redevelopment.
Based on a preliminary massing study, the project is currently envisioned to include approximately 150 to 250 multifamily housing units, with surface parking located below a podium structure. The selected firm will also assist HAME in planning for the project’s relationship to, and integration with, the separate homeownership project planned immediately east of the multifamily apartment site.
