Contractors will meet in the parking lot across from Building 2336 at the corner of Mustang St and Eagle Ave. Contractors interested in attending the site visit need to email Dedrick Smith (Dedrick. J.Smith@usace.army.mil) the completed "Badge Request Memo Template" with all attendee information no later than noon on 23 June 2026. The "Badge Request Memo Template" is uploaded as an attachment on the PIEE solicitation. Ensure names provided match the ID that will be presented exactly. The Government cannot guarantee that requests sent after 23 June 2026 will be processed in time to allow access to site. Pickup access passes at the Watson Blvd Visitor Center. Two forms of ID are required at the Visitor Center. A list of acceptable forms of ID is uploaded as an attachment on the PIEE solicitation. Visit Center hours are 07:15 - 16:30.

Functional areas include offices for personnel, training and briefing area, ready/breakroom, simulator room, elevator, mechanical/electrical/communications rooms, storage area, restrooms, and control cab. The new facility will include appropriate power, 750KW backup generator, heating ventilation and air conditioning, fire and lighting protection, and communications systems. The project includes all utilities, site preparation, site improvements, pavements, and all necessary work for a complete and usable facility.
