The required training services include Lightning Protection for Aircraft Training for Aircraft Certification and Flight Standards Airworthiness Inspectors / Aerospace Engineers employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The contractor is to provide Lightning Protection initial training to FAA Airworthiness Inspectors / Aerospace Engineers.
